And I’ve found over the years that when you drop the poor performers, the door gets opened to high performers coming in.

I’m not sure why– perhaps high performers notice you’ve been tolerating low performance or the low performers infect your company culture.

Look to challenges not as failures, but growth opportunities that brings out the best in people.
