This list (below) covers every single system or asset we need to account for, so the company can continue to operate smoothly.
Today a friend of mine called me desperately for help.
She didn’t properly de-board an employee.
And that person created havoc by kicking out other admins, while not responding to my friend’s messages.
Checklists are not bureaucracy— they are learnings systematized to help you prevent future pain and losses.
